A. Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, make a purchase, or use Tunnme, we may collect the following information you voluntarily provide:

- Account information: username, display name, profile photo, preferences, account country, and other specifications related to your account settings or content categories of interest.
- Payment and billing details, processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment processors.
- Content information, including videos or materials you upload if you are an Earner.
- Communication records, such as messages sent to our support team or through in-platform communication tools.
We collect this information to:
- Create and manage your Tunnme account
- Verify your age and identity (when required)
- Personalize your experience and recommendations
- Process transactions and deliver purchased content
- Comply with payment, tax, and regulatory obligations
Providing some of this information is optional, and you may update or remove it at any time in your account settings.
Providing gender information is optional, and users may select “Prefer not to say” if they do not wish to disclose this information.
Certain profile information, usernames, profile photos, content descriptions, ratings, reviews, or publicly shared content may be visible to other users or publicly accessible through the platform.
Payout Information (Earners only):
For the purpose of enabling payouts through Stripe Connect, we may store non-sensitive payout configuration data such as the country of your bank account, account type, and the Stripe-issued identifier for your payout account.
We do not store full bank account numbers, routing numbers, or government IDs. All sensitive financial and identity data is collected and processed directly by Stripe.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use Tunnme, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data to help us maintain, improve, and secure the platform.
This includes:
- Device and browser information (such as operating system, device type, and browser version)
- IP address and general location data (city, country, timezone)
- Usage and activity data, including pages visited, search queries, video views, clicks, and session duration

For payout purposes, Stripe may share non-sensitive account status information with us, such as verification status, payout eligibility, and the Stripe-issued ID of your connected account.

We use your personal data to operate, maintain, and improve the Tunnme platform and Services.
Specifically, we may use your information to:
- Create, verify, and manage user accounts
- Process payments and transactions through Stripe or other processors
- Deliver purchased content and maintain access to videos
- Host and display Earners’ uploaded videos to Learners
- Personalize your user experience and content recommendations
- Communicate with you about account activity, updates, or policy changes
- Send transactional notifications (e.g., purchase confirmations, subscription changes, password resets)
- Send optional marketing or promotional messages, only where permitted by law and with your consent
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or misuse
- Develop new features, fix bugs, and improve the stability and performance of the platform
- Perform internal analytics, monitoring, and technical maintenance (including backups and troubleshooting)
- Comply with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- To enable payouts to Earners through Stripe Connect, including account verification, payout scheduling, and eligibility management.
- Tunnme may use automated systems, analytics, or recommendation tools to personalize content suggestions, improve user experience, and optimize platform functionality.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Payout configuration information is used solely to enable payments to Earners and is never used for marketing or profiling.
4. Communications
We may send you transactional messages related to purchases, account activity, or security alerts.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time, but transactional messages are necessary for the operation of your account.
5. Payments and Financial Data
A. Payment Processing (Stripe)
All payments are handled securely by Stripe or other authorized payment providers.
Tunnme does not store full credit card or bank account numbers.
B. Earners’ Identity and Tax Information
For Earners using Stripe Connect, Stripe may collect:
- Legal name
- Government-issued ID for identity verification
- Address and nationality
- Bank account details
- Tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN, or local equivalents)
Stripe processes this data directly to comply with legal and financial regulations.
Stripe may retain certain information for regulatory, anti-fraud, or compliance purposes in accordance with its own policies and legal requirements.
Tunnme only receives limited information necessary to operate payouts and platform functions.
Tunnme does not receive or store full banking information used for payouts. Sensitive payout data (such as routing numbers, bank account numbers, and identity documents) is collected and stored exclusively by Stripe in accordance with their security and compliance standards.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide and maintain your account
- Fulfill legal, tax, or accounting obligations
- Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
When your account becomes inactive or is deleted, we may retain limited data for compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes, after which your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
We may retain communication records, activity logs, and support interactions for operational, security, and audit purposes. These records are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill these functions.
For legal, transactional, or accounting purposes, records of completed purchases may be retained even after an account is deleted, but personal identifiers may be removed or anonymized when possible.
Uploaded content, including videos or related materials, may remain stored for a limited period after removal, deactivation, or account cancellation for backup, legal, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or operational purposes.
A. Data Deletion Procedure
You may request account deletion at any time.
Upon request:
- Account data, profile information, and uploaded content will be deleted
- Some records (such as transaction logs or tax-related information) may be retained as required by law
- Backups may take up to 30–90 days to clear due to automatic system cycles
Tunnme cannot guarantee deletion of information already processed or retained by third-party providers where retention is required for legal, regulatory, security, or operational purposes.
7. Cookies and Tracking
Tunnme uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in
- Remember preferences and settings
- Measure performance and traffic
- Improve security and platform functionality

Earners may access dashboards showing their own sales metrics, earnings, and performance data. Such dashboards do not display personal information of other users.

Your data may be stored or processed in multiple countries, including the United States and El Salvador, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
By using Tunnme, you acknowledge and understand that your information may be transferred, stored, and processed in countries outside your country of residence in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Certain features of Tunnme may allow interactions between users (such as messaging, comments, or shared content). Any information you choose to share with other users is your responsibility, and Tunnme is not responsible for how other users may use that information. We encourage users to avoid sharing sensitive personal information through public or semi-public features.
Certain live sessions, communications, or interactions may be monitored, moderated, or recorded where disclosed, consented to, or otherwise permitted by applicable law for safety, quality, operational, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.
18. Children’s Privacy
Tunnme is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to create accounts, access, or use the platform, including any interactive, paid, creator, monetization, or live session features.
Tunnme does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.
If Tunnme becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the minimum required age, Tunnme may restrict access, suspend or terminate the account, remove associated content or data, and take any additional measures permitted or required under applicable law.
