Tunnme is a space designed for creators (“Earners”) and learners (“Learners”) to share and discover high-quality educational, informational, and skill-based video content.

To protect our community and keep the platform safe, respectful, and lawful, all users must follow these Community Guidelines. These rules apply to all content uploaded or shared on Tunnme, as well as any interactions within the platform (comments, messages, descriptions, thumbnails, and profile information).

Violating these Guidelines may result in content removal, account restrictions, withheld payouts, or permanent account termination.

1. Be Respectful and Professional

Tunnme is an educational environment. You must not engage in:

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted insults
• Hate speech, including content that attacks individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, or any protected characteristic
• Demeaning or abusive behavior
• Threats, intimidation, or encouragement of violence

Respectful disagreement is fine; targeted humiliation is not.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly forbidden on Tunnme:

A. Illegal or Harmful Content

• Any instructional or facilitation of illegal activities
• Violence, self-harm promotion, or dangerous activities lacking safety context
• Sale or promotion of illegal goods or services
• Fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, or misleading financial advice

B. Adult or Sexual Content

Tunnme does not allow:

• Content involving minors under any circumstances
  (Artistic, medical, or educational nudity is not allowed either; Tunnme is not a platform for those topics.)

C. Copyright-Infringing Content

Earners must upload only original content or content they have rights to distribute.
Prohibited examples:

• Uploading someone else’s videos
• Using copyrighted music, videos, or images without permission
• Misusing brand names, trademarks, or logos

Copyright violations may result in takedowns under DMCA procedures.

D. Misinformation or Harmful Advice

Content that could result in harm is not allowed, including:

• Pseudoscience presented as fact
• Dangerous health advice
• Financial or investment advice that is misleading, fraudulent, or unqualified
• Misrepresentation of professional credentials

Your content must be accurate, safe, and responsibly presented.

3. Quality and Relevance Expectations for Earners

All Earners must follow these content quality rules:

• Videos must be educational, informational, instructive, or skill-based.
• Titles, thumbnails, and descriptions must be accurate and not misleading.
• Audio must be clear and understandable.
• Content must not include excessive background noise, copyrighted music, or watermarks you do not own.
• Spam content, low-effort uploads, or meaningless videos are not allowed.
• Repetitive re-uploads to game the algorithm are prohibited.

Tunnme reserves the right to remove or disable low-quality or irrelevant content.

4. Safety Requirements

Earners must not instruct or encourage harmful activities without proper context or safety warnings, including:

• Physical training beyond the user’s likely capability
• Use of tools, chemicals, or machinery
• Nutrition, health, or wellness advice requiring professional credentials
• Content that could lead to injury if imitated incorrectly

If your area requires certifications (ex: training, therapy, medical topics), you must comply with local laws and honestly represent your qualifications.

5. No Fraud, Deception, or Manipulation

You may not:

• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or qualifications
• Fake testimonials or reviews
• Artificially boost sales or engagement
• Attempt to bypass platform fees or engage in off-platform payment
• Upload content for the purpose of deception or impersonation
• Upload misleading AI-generated or synthetic content intended to impersonate real individuals, falsify credentials, manipulate users, or deceive the community

Payment or payout fraud will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Protect Users’ Privacy

Users must not:

• Share private information of others
• Post personal data such as emails, addresses, IDs, or financial information
• Doxx, threaten, or expose other users
• Attempt to access accounts or data that does not belong to you

Screenshots or recordings of private conversations within the platform are not allowed without consent.

7. Interactions Between Users

All interaction tools on Tunnme (messages, comments, etc.) must follow the same Community Guidelines. You may not use them for:

• Harassment or unwanted romantic advances
• Spam or repeated unwanted messages
• Selling products or services outside the Tunnme ecosystem
• Sending external links meant to bypass platform payments
• Coordinating illegal activities

Be kind. Be helpful. Keep interactions professional.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, you may report it to Tunnme via:

We may request additional information and will investigate the issue.
Your report will remain confidential.

9. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity and frequency, Tunnme may take one or more of the following actions:

• Warning to the user
• Content removal
• Temporary account suspension
• Restriction on uploading or payouts
• Holding of funds pending investigation
• Permanent account termination
• Reporting to authorities, if legally required

Tunnme reserves the right to act at its sole discretion.

10. Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.
Continued use of Tunnme after updates constitutes acceptance.
