This Privacy Notice is intended to inform users of the Tunnme website and platform about the processing of their personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Tunnme’s internal policies.

This Notice complements Tunnme’s Privacy Policy.

2. Personal Data We May Collect

Tunnme may collect and process personal data provided directly by users or automatically collected through the use of the platform, including:

date of birth;
gender (optional);
country, city, and time zone;
username and profile picture;
content preferences;
browsing information and activity within the platform;
information related to purchases, payments, and subscriptions;
information related to content uploaded by Earners;
technical identifiers, cookies, and analytics data.

Tunnme does not store full payment card numbers or sensitive identification documents. Financial and verification information is processed directly by Stripe or other authorized providers.

3. Sensitive Data

Tunnme does not intentionally request or process sensitive personal data, such as information related to health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, biometric data, or genetic data.

If a user voluntarily provides sensitive data, or if such data is required by third-party payment, verification, or regulatory compliance providers, Tunnme will process such information only where there is a valid legal basis or the appropriate consent, as required by applicable law.

4. Purposes of Processing

Personal data may be used for the following purposes:

creating and managing accounts;
processing payments and subscriptions;
enabling access to content and platform features;
facilitating payments to Earners;
personalizing the user experience;
providing technical support and customer service;
improving security and preventing fraud;
conducting operational and statistical analysis;

communicating updates, changes, or notifications related to the platform;
enabling future functionalities, including mobile applications and live sessions.

The processing of personal data may be based on one or more of the following legal bases: user consent, performance of contractual obligations, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, and/or Tunnme’s legitimate interests related to platform security, fraud prevention, operational improvement, and platform functionality.

Purposes related to marketing communications, non-essential cookies, advanced analytics, optional personalization, or future functionalities may require the user’s consent where required by applicable law.

By using the platform, creating an account, or providing personal data, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Notice.

These providers act as data processors or sub-processors, as applicable, and may only process personal data in accordance with Tunnme’s instructions, their applicable terms, and relevant laws.

Tunnme may update the list of providers or processors as the platform evolves.

7. Data Subject Rights (ARCO-POL)

Users may exercise the rights recognized under applicable law, including:

restriction of processing;

8. Minors

Tunnme is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age for purposes related to purchases, monetization, content creation, or Earners-related functionalities.

If Tunnme becomes aware that it has collected personal data from a minor in violation of applicable law or internal policies, Tunnme may delete such information and restrict or terminate the related account.

9. Data Retention

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described herein, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, maintain security, resolve disputes, and satisfy regulatory requirements.

Tunnme may update this Privacy Notice periodically.

Relevant modifications will be communicated through the platform, email, publication on the website, or any other reasonable means.

The effective date will indicate the latest applicable version of this Notice.

This Privacy Notice may be made available in both Spanish and English. In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
